Investigation and reporting targets and enterprise scope

1.Enterprises that have obtained funds for various scientific and technological support projects in Yangpu;

2.A venture capital institution registered within the Yangpu Park of Zhangjiang;

3.Key enterprises notified by other parks.

High-tech enterprises recognized by the state in 2018, 2019 and 2020 will be filled in through the Municipal Science and Technology Commission system, and there is no need to repeat the report in the Zhangjiang system.

Company statements with operating income of more than 200 million yuan (inclusive) need to be downloaded and printed, and the original is in copy (must have a watermark, signed by the company's head and stamped with the official seal), and handed over to the park where the company belongs.

Statistical annual report filling and consultation methods

1、Failure to fill in the torch annual report on time may affect the company's application for the market.For district science and technology projects, please be sure to fill in the report on time.

2、Corporate login account:

This year, enterprises and institutions will fill in the username as 18-digit unified social credit code, with the initial password being 6666666.All scanned copies of the signature and stamp of the report are uploaded to the system. Except for corporate statements with operating income of more than 200 million yuan (including) or more, there is no need to submit written reports.

3、Data verification:

According to the requirements of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, verification is carried out on the filled-in data.During the process of filling out the enterprise, the information that displays "error" (shown in red) is checked and needs to be modified before submitting it;The message "Warning" is displayed (displayed in yellow), and the reason must be explained one by one.All error verifications can be passed before submitting successfully.

Other precautions

1.The indicators in this reporting system are rounded with "thousand yuan" and "square meter" as units of measurement and do not retain decimals;

2.Import and export data have been changed to "thousand yuan" this year, not "thousand dollars". The RMB and US dollar conversion exchange rate are uniformly calculated at 6.8976, and the people's euro conversion exchange rate is uniformly calculated at 7.8755.
