In order to implement the "Shanghai Regulations on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises" and support the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in this city, in accordance with the "Shanghai Small and Medium Enterprises Development Special Fund Management Measures" (Shanghai Economic and Information Standard [2019] No. 9), the following notice is hereby issued on the application for the special fund project for the development of Shanghai Small and Medium Enterprises in 2024:
01、Support scope and content
It is in line with the support areas that meet the 2024 Shanghai Small and Medium Enterprise Development Special Fund Project Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines") (see Appendix 1 for details).
02、Application method and requirements
（1) Online application
Log in to the "One-stop Service" main portal through the legal person one-certificate connection ( http://www.shanghai.gov.cn）（ If you have not registered an account yet, please first transfer to the "One-stop Service" account registration page to complete the registration), and enter "A thing about municipal support funds" ( https://zwdt.sh.gov.cn/smzy/shell_pc/personal/special-funds-index）， Select "Municipal Economic Information Commission-Small and Medium Enterprise Development Special Fund" to fill in and submit relevant electronic materials online, and save and download the corresponding application form.
（II) Application materials requirements
The electronic materials submitted online must be PDF Format, no more than 5 per file M， Multiple files can be submitted.
（3) Special Notes
Those who have applied for other municipal special fund projects should make an announcement on their own initiative, and those who have not declared will not accept the application as repeated declarations.The same project that has received financial support shall not apply for funding repeatedly.When logging in, the filing unit must be associated with the legal person's certificate, and must be stamped with an electronic signature when submitting the project application form and related attachments (see Appendix 2 for details).
