1. declaration requirements

2.online declaration: the application unit must log in to the "shanghai fiscal science and technology input information management platform" ( http://czkj.shic.gov.cn） register, fill in the "special support declaration form in shanghai's first version of the software products" online after registration, and upload other application materials. the online application time from july 17, 2017 to 16:00 on may 30, 2019, the declaration is accepted all year round. the first batch of online acceptance was september 1, 2017.

3.offline acceptance: the application unit of the project must submit the written application materials to the window no. 10 and 11 of xueye road, no. 10 and 11 of xueye road, and the first batch of offline acceptance is september 8.

5. special review

in accordance with the requirements of this notice, the application project is preliminarily reviewed. those who pass the qualified will conduct technical verification and review of the organization, and prepare support project plans after comprehensive balance.

this special support funds are arranged after the subsidy method, and the proportion of funds does not exceed 20%of the cumulative amount of sales contracts for the first three top software products.
