    In order to further improve the evaluation of the qualifications for intermediate professional and technical positions of engineering series science and technology management in this city, in accordance with the spirit of the "Notice on Standardizing the Application Conditions for Professional and Technical Title in this city" (Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Specialist [2017] No. 115), the "Notice on Improving the Training of Public Needs for Continuing Education of Professional and Technical Personnel in this city" (Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Specialist [2017] No. 2), the "Implementation Rules on Improving the Appraisal and Technical Title in this city's Science and Technology Innovation Field" (Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Specialist [2016] No. 2), and other relevant documents, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Committee, the matters related to the application and evaluation of the qualifications for intermediate professional and technical positions of engineering series science and technology management in this city in 2018 are hereby notified as follows:

Reviewing agency
    The Shanghai Engineering Series Science and Technology Management Intermediate Professional and Technical Position Qualification Evaluation Committee is responsible for the evaluation of the qualifications of engineering series science and technology management engineers in this city.Its office is located in the Personnel Education Department of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and is responsible for the daily management of the qualification review of intermediate professional and technical positions in the city.The review work is carried out once a year.

Application and review procedures
    The city’s professional and technical position qualification evaluation and application work is implemented to combine personal paper materials declaration and organizational verification.
1、Applicants should meet the application requirements (see Appendix I), and according to the national and city’s continuing education and training requirements for professional and technical talents, they should complete the hours requirements for the continuing education courses for the corresponding subjects.After the applicant has prepared the materials, the individual or unit shall submit it to the acceptance point.
2、The application and evaluation office will organize and review the applicant's materials, and then summarize them and submit them to this series of intermediate jury committees for review. Those who apply for the application conditions or materials that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.
3、The application and review office shall organize an expert review meeting in a timely manner and publicize the review results in accordance with the standardized procedures.After the announcement is no different, promptly notify the applicant (or applicant) to obtain the intermediary professional and technical position qualification certificate printed by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Application and review fee: RMB 600 /people.The review fee must be delivered together when the materials are delivered (the review fee will not be refunded if the interview fails to pass the review meeting).
