Strengthen the management of college students' entrepreneurial fund to help start-up enterprises develop in a long-term and stable manner

 2006On July 12, 2006, the Shanghai University Student Entrepreneurship Fund (Shanghai University of Technology Fund Acceptance Point) and the entrusted unit (Shanghai University of Technology Science and Technology Park) organized a training meeting on the management of entrepreneurial enterprise leaders, and trained the company management system and operating procedures for the heads of Shanghai University Student Entrepreneurship Projects that were approved in 2006.
    At the meeting, Xu Yuliang, head of the fund acceptance point of Shanghai University of Technology, announced the purpose and significance of the list of entrepreneurial enterprises and the formulation of relevant systems;Wang Huibo, general manager of the entrusted management company (Shanghai University of Technology Science and Technology Park), pointed out that as a entrusted management company, it is the responsibility to provide support to entrepreneurial enterprises from many aspects, and to truly make college student entrepreneurship funds practical and ensure the long-term and stable development of college student entrepreneurship enterprises by participating in company management, financial management, fund management and investment promotion.The company's management has formulated corresponding measures in light of the characteristics and management requirements of the Science and Technology Park Company:
    1、The "Management Measures for the Funding of Shanghai University Student Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Fund (Shanghai University of Technology Acceptance Point)" was formulated, and the management principles and operating procedures were clarified;
    2、The Shanghai University of Technology Acceptance Point and Shanghai University of Technology Science and Technology Park signed a "entrusted agreement" as the basis for entrusted management;
    3、The Science and Technology Park Company has formulated the "Trial Measures for the Management of Appointing Directors of Student Entrepreneurship Enterprises" and dispatches one director to each start-up enterprise to participate in the management.
    4、The management of the Science and Technology Park Company has established a college student entrepreneurship fund management team to review and supervise the use of college student entrepreneurship funds.
    5、The Science and Technology Park Company has opened a dedicated account for the college student entrepreneurship fund, implementing independent accounting, dedicated funds, and managing and controlling funds in the form of a group account (online banking).
    Finally, the questions raised by the entrepreneurial enterprises were answered, and after the meeting, the entrepreneurial enterprises exchanged views with the company managers, and the entrepreneurial enterprises received great help in this meeting.
