    According to the provisions of the "Interim Regulations on the Disclosure of Enterprise Information" and the "Interim Measures for the Annual Report of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives", all registered enterprise legal persons, non-legal person enterprises and their branches, foreign (regional) enterprises engaged in production and operation activities in China, and farmers' professional cooperatives shall log in to the National Enterprise Credit Information Disclosure System (Shanghai) from January 1 to June 30, 2023 ( sh.gsxt.gov.cn The 2022 annual report will be submitted and made public to the public.Foreign-invested enterprises (institutions) and customs management enterprises in this city will uniformly report relevant annual reports to the commercial authorities, foreign exchange management departments and customs through the public notice system.

    According to the "Regulations on Promoting the Development of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" and the "Interim Measures for the Annual Report of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households", all registered individual industrial and commercial households established before December 31, 2022 shall submit their annual reports through any of the following methods from January 1 to June 30, 2023: First, log in to the public notice system to submit their annual reports and make them public;The second is to submit annual reports through the mobile "electronic business license" mini program;The third is to submit a paper annual report to the market supervision and management department of the business premises.

    For enterprises, farmers' professional cooperatives that fail to submit and publicize annual reports within the prescribed time limit, or individual industrial and commercial households that fail to submit annual reports within the prescribed time limit, the market supervision and management department will include them in the list of abnormal business operations or mark them with abnormal business operations. At the same time, according to the provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Regulations on the Registration and Management of Market Subjects", a fine of less than RMB 10,000 may be imposed.
