Teacher Profile:

        2011He graduated from the Department of Information Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology in 2018 and studied in the Master of Law of Shanghai International Intellectual Property College of Tongji University. He has more than ten years of experience in intellectual property agency and has obtained the qualification of a patent agent for more than 7 years. He has handled various intellectual property businesses such as patent application, defense, retrieval invalidity, infringement litigation, search and analysis. Among them, there are dozens of patent litigation and patent invalidity cases handled (the winning rate is more than 85%). The Kweichow Moutai patent invalidity administrative litigation case represented by him hit the Supreme Court and won the case;There are thousands of new patent applications (more than 85% are invention patents) and hundreds of defenses. The customers they are connected to are basically top domestic companies in the field of electrical science;In addition, as the main editorial committee, he also participated in the compilation of the book "Patent Creative Defense Theory and Practice" published by Shanghai Bixing Law Firm.
