Notice on the Implementation of Patent Rewards for Yangpu District in 2016-2017

Enterprises in each park:

In order to encourage independent innovation activities of enterprises, institutions and individuals in Yangpu District, in accordance with the spirit of the "Implementation Rules on Encouraging the Creation and Application of Independent Intellectual Property Rights in this District", the following notice is hereby notified of the application for authorized patent rewards in Yangpu District from 2016 to 2017:

1. Reward objects

2016If you obtain a national patent authorization certificate from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017 (the date of authorization announcement on the certificate shall prevail) and meet one of the following conditions, you may apply for a reward:

（1）The first patent owner is an enterprise or institution registered in Yangpu District (all tax management is required in Yangpu);

（2）The first patent holder is an individual with a Yangpu District household registration or an individual holding a Yangpu District residence permit.

2. Reward items and amounts

A reward of 800 yuan per invention patent obtained from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, and a reward of 500 yuan per utility model patent obtained from authorized.

III. Application process

1、Applicants who meet the requirements can log in to Yangpu Technology Network ( http://ypkw.shyp.gov.cn/）“Download and fill in the electronic application form and application list in the Intellectual Property column, and send the completed application materials to the "Yangpu Patent Reward" special mailbox before September 1: ypzljl@163.com（ Please use the applicant's name or the name of the applicant's unit as the subject of the email).

2、The initial review results will be notified by email. Applicants who pass the preliminary review are required to bring written application materials to the Yangpu District Intellectual Property Office before September 10 to handle the actual reward review.

3、Application materials that must be submitted for actual review:

（1）Print and stamp (personal signature) for Yangpu District authorized patent reward application form;

（2）A list of Yangpu District authorized patent reward applications that are printed and stamped (personal signature);

（3）Original and copy of the patent certificate (only copy the rights page of the first page);

（4）The applicant submits a copy of the corporate social credit code certificate for enterprises and institutions. Enterprises that have not obtained the three certificates in one, please submit a copy of the corporate business license or business legal person registration certificate, as well as a copy of the tax registration certificate;

（5）The applicant submits the original and copy of the ID card and household registration book (double-sided ID card) or the original and copy of the residence permit for the individual.

4. Legal responsibilities

If the applicant is found to have committed fraud or other violations during the review, the district intellectual property office will make a decision not to reward.For applicants who do not receive a reward due to fraud, they shall not apply for a reward again within two years from the date of receipt of the written decision not to receive the reward.If the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, the district intellectual property bureau will transfer the case to the judicial authorities for handling.
