（3) Excellent achievements in professional and technical work, enjoy a high reputation in this professional field, and is recognized as a professional academic and technical leader by the municipal business department.

（4) Achieve important research results, inventions and creations in the professional and technical fields, and have significant application results or application prospects;We have creatively solved major difficult problems and key technical problems in major projects and key projects, and have made important contributors.

（5) Inventors who have implemented national invention patents and have great economic or social benefits, or who have won the third prize or above of the China Patent Award or Shanghai Invention Patent Award.
