At the symposium, Cheng Jingyu welcomed the arrival of his fellow parks and gave a detailed introduction to the overall positioning, development history, service system of Shanghai Science and Technology Park and representative entrepreneurial enterprises in the park. The Science and Technology Park uses incubation services, technology transfer, brand expansion and foreign investment as the four-wheel drive to build a "technology engine for advanced manufacturing."
Zhang Hongbiao introduced the overall situation of the Science and Technology Park of Hebei University of Technology. The park leveraged the school's advantages of being located in Tianjin and belonged to Hebei, formulated a strategic layout for integration between Tianjin and Hebei. After more than ten years of construction and development, it formed a "one park and multiple districts" park construction model.The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the operation model and management mechanism of the university science and technology park, the path and experience of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, policy support and university linkage.Learn from each other and share experiences in communication.
