5From January 24th to May 25th, May 31th to June 1st, the Yangpu District Science and Technology Association and the professional title application acceptance points of various science and technology parks in the district held the 2019 Yangpu District Technical Title Application Public Course subject training and examination at the National University of Science and Technology Park of Shanghai University of Science and Technology, attracting a total of 145 professional and technical personnel who are preparing to apply for middle and senior professional titles in Shanghai engineering, health, natural science, agriculture and other series of middle and senior professional titles.

The four-day training specially invited experienced lecturers to teach project management and innovative knowledge subjects. Through theories such as project management, project organizational environment, project integration management, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project human resources management, project communication management, innovative concepts, innovative thinking, innovative methods, innovative management, innovative models, innovative policies, etc., we help trainees better understand and master the professional and technical knowledge framework of professional and technical personnel, enhance innovation awareness, and improve professional and technical capabilities.
