Talents in key industrial fields in Yangpu District can enjoy government rental subsidies
2011.05.26 The scarce talents in key industries came to Shanghai to develop, but due to the high rent and high living costs in Shanghai, they were forced to give up.Recently, the park learned from the human resources policy briefing in key industrial fields of Yangpu District that in order to retain talents, the Yangpu Human Resources Bureau has launched a subsidy for renting high-level talents, and stated that the applicant must be those who have no property rights in Shanghai, enterprises have no collective dormitories, and rent houses in Shanghai and sign rental contracts to ensure that talents who really have housing difficulties receive subsidies.
It is understood that the key industrial fields mentioned in the "Yangpu District Key Industry Areas of High-level Talents Rental Housing Subsidy Measures (Trial)" launched by the Yangpu District People's Security Bureau mainly refer to high-tech industries such as modern design, science and technology finance, electronic information that conform to the Yangpu industrial upgrading orientation, as well as strategic emerging industries such as smart grid, Internet of Things, cloud computing, energy conservation and environmental protection, and other "two priority, two improvement and one maintenance" industries.
Yangpu District Government sets up special funds to provide talents with 500 per month ～1000Yuan rent subsidy, and enterprises require enterprises to subsidize rent to talents based on the principle of 1:1 ratio matching. In principle, each person can only enjoy a subsidy of no more than two years once. Enterprises can apply to Yangpu Public Personnel Service Center before June 30 this year.
The National University of Shanghai University of Technology has actively carried out publicity and notification of this policy in the park and helped relevant talents in the park enterprises to apply for rental subsidies.
