     8On the afternoon of the 28th of this month, Shanghai Science and Technology Park held the 26th Hujiang Innovation and Development Salon theme event of "Optimization of Listing Paths and Tax Planning for Small and Medium Enterprises". The event invited Tang Haofu, managing partner of Shanghai Chuangrui Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Li Zhaoying, senior lecturer of Anyue Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., to explain the relevant methods of investment and financing, listing paths and tax planning to the company. Nearly 30 representatives from more than 20 companies participated in the event.
      During the event, Shen Jianhua, deputy general manager of Shanghai Science and Technology Park, delivered an opening speech.With his rich experience in investment and financing at home and abroad over the years, Tang Haofu vividly talked about the issues that companies must pay attention to during the listing process and various matters that need to be prepared and considered in advance.Li Zhaoying explained in detail the effective methods of tax planning for small and medium-sized enterprises.During the communication and interaction, many corporate representatives raised various related questions, and the two lecturers patiently explained them based on examples.
      The event was held with strong support from the Hongkou Branch of Shanghai Bank, and Zeng Jie, assistant president of Shanghai Bank Hongkou Branch, presented awards to the winners of the on-site lottery.Representatives of participating companies expressed that they benefited a lot, especially some companies that already have plans to go public, which have made the company's next development plans and goals clearer.
