The first batch of universities to settle in the Science and Technology Park of Xitaihu University in Changzhou include Shanghai University of Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Sichuan University, and Changzhou University. The proposed cooperation projects include the joint construction of Shanghai University of Technology. The concentrated settlement of five universities has opened a new chapter in school-local cooperation, which will greatly enhance the innovation and talent advantages of Xitaihu Science and Technology City and the entire Changwu region, bringing strong impetus to Wujin to increase the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, accelerate the incubation of high-tech enterprises, and strengthen the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
Changzhou Xitaihu University Science and Technology Park is located in Changzhou Xitaihu Science and Technology Industrial Park (Meridian area )Within the plan, the planned area is about 525 mu, and the supporting talent apartments and expert buildings will follow the development concept of "building a platform, attracting talents, incubating enterprises, and cultivating industries", focusing on the planning and layout of the "one park and three districts" of the incubation area, acceleration area, and industrial zone, focusing on the transformation of high-tech achievements in Changzhou and the transformation of industry, academia and research.
