2008.07.29 In order to better support college student entrepreneurial enterprises and save the personnel costs of college student entrepreneurial enterprises, under the strong promotion of Yangpu District Personnel Bureau and Shanghai College Student Science and Technology Enterprise Foundation, the "green channel" of talent services established by Shanghai Science and Technology Park Co., Ltd. for college student entrepreneurial enterprises was officially opened on July 21, 2008.
“The Green Channel for Talent Services” is mainly through the government’s purchase of personnel services. Shanghai Yangpu Public Personnel Service Center provides one-stop personnel services including 15 personnel services including file custody, agency withdrawal, social security payment, provident fund, etc., to college students. Professional and standardized personnel agency services and personnel guidance are provided in the early stage of entrepreneurship, so that enterprises can start their careers with lightweight equipment and have no worries about personnel and talent work.
In the future, as long as college student entrepreneurs registered in the Shanghai University of Technology Science and Technology Park and obtained the support of the Shanghai University of Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Fund, they can apply for a "green channel" of talent services from the Science and Technology Park.At the same time, the Science and Technology Park has contacted the district personnel service center and will regularly and regularly open a personnel service window for college student entrepreneurial enterprises in the Science and Technology Park to provide special services for entrepreneurial enterprises.
