(hereinafter referred to as Dian Company).The two parties have initially agreed that Dean Company will jointly build an industry-university-research platform with the Medical Devices College of Shanghai University of Technology, and plans to invest in the establishment of the Shanghai Dian Medical Inspection Center in the Science and Technology Park, mainly serving the medical testing and inspection of small and medium-sized hospitals below level 3, and carry out drug testing, medical device research and development and testing businesses.
Dean Company is one of the earliest professional medical service companies in China to engage in the research and development, marketing and provision of technical services for medical diagnosis technology, and is also the exclusive agent of molecular diagnostic products in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, the world's largest diagnostic company - Roche Company.This time, Dean Company is preparing to invest in and establish an independent medical laboratory in our park.
