It is a Shanghai high-tech enterprise.Dr. Lu Sixiao, general manager of Hangling Technology, also served as vice president of Shanghai Youth Entrepreneurship Association /Member of Fengxian District CPPCC /Member of the Standing Committee of the District Youth Federation, was named the "Top Ten Entrepreneurship Pioneers" of the Shanghai Bank Cup in 2014.
