The Shanghai-Suizhou Talent Integration Development Exchange Conference was held at Shanghai Science and Technology Park

doIn order to fully integrate the talent work in Nantong City into Shanghai, the Shanghai-Suizhou Talent Integration Development Exchange Conference was held at the National University Science and Technology Park of Shanghai University of Technology on the afternoon of December 21. Chen Bengao, Vice Chairman of Nantong Municipal CPPCC and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, Zhou Hai, Vice Chairman of Yangpu District CPPCC, Zhao Ming, Chief Accountant of Shanghai University of Technology, and Zhuang Songlin, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, attended the event and delivered speeches. Wu Chengang, Vice Minister of the Organization Department of Nantong Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and spoke.Cao Suning, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, chaired byMeeting，Nearly 60 leaders, experts and high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents from Shanghai and Nantong participated in the event.

Nantong is one of the first 14 coastal cities to open in China. With the advancement of important measures of "connecting with Shanghai and building the North Gate", the two places have achieved good cooperation results in scientific and technological innovation, talent flow, and industrial complementarity.

21During the event on Sunday, Shi Hong, deputy director of the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone Management Committee, introduced the talent development environment of Tongzhou Bay, the successful signing of the "Shanghai-Su (Tongzhou Bay) Science and Technology Industry Accelerator Co-construction" project, the unveiling of the Tongzhou Bay Talent Recruitment Workstation in Shanghai, and the Nantong Workstation of Shanghai University of Technology Technology Transfer Center. Representatives from colleges and universities and enterprises provided good advice and suggestions for the integration and development of talents between the two places based on their own work experience and professional dimensions.

Wu Chengang, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Nantong Municipal Party Committee, pointed out that in recent years, Nantong has focused on building Shanghai's "north gate". Nantong and Shanghai have similar geographical features, blind dates, and cultural differences, and have a good foundation for cooperation.We hope that entrepreneurs and scientific researchers will bridge the cooperation between the two places to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results and common development.Zhou Hai, vice chairman of the Yangpu District CPPCC, pointed out that this event is of great significance to leveraging Yangpu's innovation and entrepreneurship advantages, strengthening talent cooperation between the two sides, and achieving integrated development between the two places.

2017In April 2019, nantong, the National University of Science and Technology Park of Shanghai University of Technology, officially settled in the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, and has done a lot of work in R&D and innovation, technology transfer, entrepreneurship incubation, scientific and technological services and talent training, providing a good learning, R&D and entrepreneurship environment for elite talents at home and abroad, and bringing new opportunities to achieve "incubation in Shanghai and accelerating in Nantong".

After the meeting, relevant leaders of Nantong City and Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, accompanied by Jing Yong, general manager of Shanghai Science and Technology Park, visited the park enterprises Shanghai Hanhai Testing Technology Co., Ltd., Shenji (Shanghai) Intelligent System R&D Design Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Guanhe Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., accompanied by Jing Yong, general manager of Shanghai Science and Technology Park, to listen to the development of the company and invite entrepreneurs to take a walk to Tongzhou Bay.
